FULLY AUTONOMOUS VEHICLE

In autonomous vehicles we humans can select the destination, but it is not required to perform any mechanical operation on  the vehicle, simply as driverless vehicle, technically we can say 'Robotic Vehicle'. This autonomous vehicle can effectively control the traffic flow. Because it can sense its environment and navigation on its own also the autonomous systems increased reliability will decrease the crashes. It can communicate with the surrounding with the systems like lidar, computer vision, GPS, radar, etc.

Here today a computer scientist developing the intersections of the future autonomous vehicle.'' A future where sitting in the backseat of the car reading our news paper while it drives us effortlessly through city streets and intersections is not that far away.In future we will not need stop lights or stop signs, but will look like a  somewhat chaotic flow of driverless, vehicles are slipping past one another as they are managed by a virtual traffic controller'' says computer scientist Peter Stone, at the University of Texas.

For now, the action takes place mainly as a simulation on a computer, or with a single real car (for example, Marvin) interacting with many other simulated cars. But Stone says the day is near when we'll start seeing autonomous vehicles on the streets, and the benefits of controlling the cars - and traffic - will be realized. He is focusing on creating artificially intelligent computing system and he developed some systems which are needed to Fully Autonomous Vehicle.
